The code of conduct approved by the Board represents the means by which the behaviour control on persons involved in the conduct of the Company’s activities is executed and where Guber’s corporate conduct principles are stated. 

It defines the whole “values” recognized, aknowledged, accepted and shared by Guber, at every level, in the management and conduct of corporate activity.
